About Us
Susan Dosier and Desmond Keller started DK Communications Group after successful editorial careers with Time, Inc. Their story:
We met at Southern Progress Corporation in 1989; Des was an inquisitive, recently relocated writer from Iowa working at Progressive Farmer, and Susan was an editor at Southern Living. We befriended each other immediately and married three years later. In 2006, we returned to Susan's native North Carolina to be closer to family. Susan earned her PR and marketing reputation at LKM, a respected agency in Charlotte, NC. Des continued to write as a freelancer with clients such as Progressive Farmer. In 2011, we joined forces to form DK Communications Group, a marketing and content company with a focus on food, film agriculture and tourism.
